2. Age Requirements

This website and our products are intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old.

By accessing the website, browsing our menu, creating an account, joining our rewards program, or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.

A valid, government-issued photo identification confirming your age is required when entering the store and completing a purchase. Placing an online order does not replace the identification requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if a customer cannot provide acceptable identification or otherwise meet applicable legal requirements.

3. Compliance With Colorado Law

Cannabis products displayed on this website are intended for lawful purchase and use in Colorado.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our online menu, prices, product descriptions, potency information, photographs, promotions, and inventory availability accurate. However, online information may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Product images are provided for general reference. Packaging, appearance, weight, potency, ingredients, and availability may vary from what is displayed online.

Inventory changes quickly and is not guaranteed until your order is accepted and completed at the store. Cannabliss reserves the right to correct errors, update information, limit quantities, substitute unavailable items with your approval, or cancel an order.

5. Online Orders

An online order is a request to reserve products for purchase at Cannabliss. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or create a completed sale.

All purchases are finalized at the licensed store after:

  • The customer presents valid identification;
  • Cannabliss verifies eligibility and legal purchase limits;
  • The requested products are confirmed as available; and
  • Payment is accepted.

Orders must be collected by the person whose name appears on the order unless Cannabliss expressly authorizes otherwise. Products will not be released to anyone under 21.

Orders not picked up within the communicated pickup period may be canceled and returned to available inventory.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cannabliss does not ship cannabis products and does not offer interstate sales.

6. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Online prices may differ from in-store prices because of taxes, discounts, promotional qualifications, technical delays, or data-entry errors.

The final price, applicable taxes, discounts, purchase limits, and payment options will be confirmed before the transaction is completed.

Cannabliss may refuse or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, legal restrictions, inventory discrepancies, or misuse of a promotion.

7. Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Promotions, discounts, coupons, loyalty points, and rewards are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;
  • Discounts have no cash value;
  • Loyalty points are nontransferable;
  • Rewards may be limited by product, brand, quantity, or availability; and
  • Cannabliss may modify or discontinue a promotion or loyalty program as permitted by law.

Cannabliss may correct loyalty-account errors and suspend accounts involving suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

Cannabis affects individuals differently. Effects may be delayed and can vary based on the product, dosage, potency, consumption method, individual tolerance, and other factors.
